Let's Get Started!

Fill Out The Form Below With As Much Detail As You Can!

Business Identity

Exactly as it appears on IRS documents (W9, CP 575, or EIN confirmation letter). Not a nickname or DBA — the registered legal name.
If different from legal name (e.g., legal name is "John's Company LLC" but you operate as "John's Company")
If you don't have a domain email yet (e.g. [email protected]), that's fine — we can set one up during onboarding.

Why we ask for this:
To text your customers appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, review requests, etc., carriers require your business number to be registered first. This is a one-time setup. It's what keeps your messages from getting flagged as spam and actually landing on your customers' phones. The info below is what the phone carriers ask for. We handle the submission; you just give us the details once.

Local number — a regular number with your area code. Looks local, customers recognize it, and it's cheaper to run. This is what we recommend for almost every local business. The downside? The approval time ~4-6 weeks for the required A2P 10DLC registration.
Toll-Free number — easier verification process, approval in as fast as ~2 days. But it costs more to use and can look less personal to local customers.

Our recommendation — both. We can submit a toll-free registration alongside the 10DLC (Local) one, letting you start sending sooner. We'll cut over to the local number as soon as we get the approval. We will default to this, unless you tell us otherwise.

A2P 10DLC registration — a carrier-mandated compliance process for any business sending automated text messages in the United States. "A2P" stands for Application-to-Person, which is how carriers classify texts sent from software (like appointment reminders, follow-ups, and review requests) as opposed to texts sent between two people. Without registration, carriers block all automated messages from reaching your customers, regardless of whether they've opted in. The registration is filed under your business identity — not ours — which is why we need your legal name, EIN, and IRS documents directly from you. Carrier approval typically takes 1–4 weeks and is the longest lead time in your buildout, so we start this process the day we kick off.

Found on the CP 575 IRS confirmation letter, or a 147c letter if that's been lost
CP 575 is the original IRS confirmation letter mailed when your EIN was assigned. 147C is a replacement letter you can request if the CP 575 is lost — call the IRS Business & Specialty Tax Line (800-829-4933) to get one faxed or mailed. Upload whichever you have. Carriers match your legal business name character-for-character against this document during A2P registration — a mismatch is an automatic rejection. Do not rely on your W-9 or W-2; those can differ.
Best to provide at least two area codes in case there is limited availability
